Cameron & Cameron Asset Management is a boutique investment management firm providing wealth management services and products on behalf of institutional, professional and private clients worldwide.
Our particular field of expertise lies in creating Investment Structures which seek to achieve long term capital growth through investment into real property and property related assets. We operate Globally, but with an emphasis in Europe and the emerging markets of Eastern Europe. We are currently active in Croatia, Montenegro, Poland, Bulgaria and Grenada. We hold land and development projects in Dubrovnik, Kotor, Sveti Stefan, Budva, Kolasin, Krakow and Bacolet Bay.
Our Investment Structures have exposure across all stages of the property cycle and opportunistically seek value for Investors in every component of property transactions including land acquisition, property development, refurbishment, portfolio management, development and mezzanine finance. We operate in all sectors including residential, commercial, resort, leisure, agriculture, logistics and retail.
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our clients with creative and customised Investment Structures utilising Expert Funds and Protected Cell Companies in Guernsey and Jersey, Luxemburg based SICAV-SIF's, British Virgin Island companies and UK E-PUT's. Depending on clients requirements these entities can be both Open-Ended or Closed-Ended and if a listing is required this can be achieved on CISX or Bourse de Luxembourg.
