A plot of land with zoning for two luxury villas has been acquired in Prcanj, Kotor with views over the Kotor Fjord.

An equity stake has been acquired in a 55,360m2 development site at Sveti Stefan. This is a hugely important development for the area with views over the Adriatic and the Isthmus of Sveti Stefan and will include a Hotel Complex along with a range of luxury villas and apartments.
- Lastly, the project has acquired a 51% stake in Adriatic Pearls d.o.o. which owns sites in Marcovici overlooking Budva and in Crkvine, Kolasin.
