We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our clients with creative and customised Investment Structures utilising Expert Funds and Protected Cell Companies in Guernsey and Jersey, Luxemburg based SICAV-SIF’s, British Virgin Island companies and UK E-PUT’s. Depending on clients requirements these entities can be both Open-Ended or Closed-Ended and if a listing is required this can be achieved on CISX or Bourse de Luxembourg.
